Our September Monthly Roundup

September showed it’s going to be an awesome autumn.

September marks the arrival of autumn, a season strongly associated with change. And at GForces, we’ve seen a whole host of clients changing their digital offering to our latest platform and software. Major retail groups such as Glyn Hopkin and Sytner, completing a full user-first migration and redesign respectively for instance. New franchises being added to family-run retailers like Chorley Group, whose MG site is featured below. And independent businesses like Park Lane taking advantage of the great value offered by our NetDirector® Editions websites.  With sixteen launches this month, here are our September highlights.

Trans City Skoda are a new client to GForces, and we are very pleased to welcome them to the ever-growing family of NetDirector® powered websites. With the integrated NetDirector® Stock, NetDirector® Codeweavers, and NetDirector® CAP Valuations modules, they are now equipped to offer their online audience everything from an up-to-date, market accurate part exchange value, to finance quotes on their latest stock. As ever, our goal to make as much of the car buying journey available online has been at the forefront of our offering.

A full five out of five for customer satisfaction was awarded to us by White Rose Petersfield, a Hampshire-based VW dealership. Also a new client to us, we are extremely grateful for the feedback we received highlighting how well we understood their business and how satisfied they were with the final product.

One of our latest user-first migrations has been for Wilsons, who also asked us to incorporate full site redesigns for all three of their brands. It was important for the new design to feature a clean look that allowed visitors to easily distinguish between their new, used, and nearly-new vehicle offerings. The business also wanted to emphasise its commitment to putting their customers first, something echoed in our own ethos.

More perfect scores for customer satisfaction came from Chorley Group MG, a family-based dealer group serving the North-West of England via their six locations. This latest edition to their offering follows hot on the heels of their first NetDirector® Auto website, and we are honoured they chose GForces again to provide their latest digital dealership.

Long-standing clients Anthony Motors took the decision to upgrade their website to our NetDirector® Auto platform, enabling them to take advantage of our latest modules and software integrations. This saw them adding NetDirector® Stock and NetDirector® CAP Valuations to their website. Now, their multi-franchise offering of new VW, Ford, and Peugeot vehicles can be found all under one digital roof too. And with another full five out of five for customer satisfaction, they clearly feel the design and functionality of their new website is already delivering.

Park Lane is a new client to GForces, based in Alton, Hampshire. They offer an extensive collection of models from supercars to SUVs, through to superbikes and super-minis. Their vehicles are hand-picked for their discerning customers, and available worldwide. They were especially impressed with our professional and friendly approach.

So, undoubtedly, our autumn is off to an awesome start thanks to our hardworking Project Managers, Support Teams, Account Managers, and Digital Advisers. We look forward to bringing you another roundup of our latest launches, satisfaction surveys, and terrific testimonials next month.
