Our November launches roundup

November was a month for dazzling (digital) display and (innovative) illumination

A pair of Vauxhalls with V10 power and a couple of first-timers are among our most recent website launches, and all covered in our November roundup. As always, we’ve seen familiar franchises, major manufacturers and impressive independents working with GForces to help drive their digital dealerships.

We kicked off the month with the launch of Solent Isuzu, part of the Winchester Motor Group. Their stunning new site had to echo their existing portfolio, adopting the already tried and trusted technology of NetDirector® Auto V10, but also incorporating NetDirector® Stock, NetDirector® BI and NetDirector® Call Manager.

Next, we welcomed Colin Easson to the NetDirector® Auto V10 family. This being their first ever website with us, let alone their first introduction to what our platform and software could offer, we were keen to make an impressive first impression. Using our pre-branded Ford template, we were able to launch the project in just eleven working days, with NetDirector® Stock, NetDirector® Codeweavers and NetDirector® CAP valuations all perfectly integrated. That all important first impression was clearly made too, as we also chalked up our first perfect score for customer satisfaction.

Forest Gate Group turned to us for both of their V10 requirements in November, with an all-encompassing group site and a dedicated Vauxhall launch. Again, this was their first GForces website, so meeting their requirements and exceeding their expectations formed part of the mandate, as it does for all our clients and projects. Keen to incorporate fresh marketing ideas and imagery, we used lifestyle imagery and messages to reinforce their reputation as a family-friendly business.

Another V10 powered site, not to mention another perfect score for customer satisfaction, and another new client for GForces, was Midlands Vauxhall. Also new to the Vauxhall platform, we are happy to report they are already excited to see an increase in customer leads, helped significantly by integrations of NetDirector® Service Booking, NetDirector® Call Manager and NetDirector® Reevoo, as well as our other software.

Horsepower Motor Centre Ltd of Tonbridge are proud of their reputation, and wanted to offer their clients a familiar look and feel to their new website, but with added user-friendly functionality. With NetDirector® Live Chat, NetDirector® iVendi and NetDirector® Online Deposits integrated, we were able to deliver just that.

Yet another new client inclined to give us perfect customer satisfaction scores on delivery of their first GForces solution, was Access Commercials.
