May – a merry month of motoring websites

May is usually marked by its two bank holidays, the lingering light in the evenings, and the first barbecues of the year. At GForces, May was marked not only with another bumper crop of freshly-pressed websites for our automotive clients, but also our second rating of 100% in our monthly customer service satisfaction survey. Here are our May highlights.

Our first launch of the month also saw us receiving a set of full scores from Wessex Mazda, working with our long-term clients Mazda UK to deliver a great website for franchise partners Wessex Garages. With both NetDirector® Call Manager and NetDirector® Service Booking incorporated into the offering, we’ve added great functionality and brought them closer to their audience than ever before.

The Willis Motor Company is a prominent, single-franchise ŠKODA dealership, based in South Ruislip, Middlesex. The dealership has been awarded many accolades by ŠKODA, including ‘International Retailer of the Year’, as well as consistently being recognised as one of the top ten retailers in the country for the brand. Following a major refurbishment of the dealership in 2016 to incorporate the latest ŠKODA corporate identity, they now have a stunning new website to match.

Motorline represent eleven brands from over 43 locations, and is one of the largest dealer groups in the south-east and south-west. But even with over 1,250 employees, they are still a family-owned business at their core, and wanted this reflected in their customer-focused website. As a returning client, we are especially thrilled to welcome Motorline back to the GForces fold. With Codeweavers integration, NetDirector® CAP Valuations, and other user-first features, the new site will help them deliver enhanced services and relevant information to their expanding customer base.

Following the launch of its partner site, May also saw the stylish Foskers Monaco website go live. As specialists in private treaty sales of rare and collectable Ferrari, as well as the sourcing and acquisition of classic Ferrari, their presentation and attention to detail must be second to none. That’s why we were especially honoured to receive a full 5 out of 5 as client feedback.

Brenwood Suzuki is a family-owned and managed business based in Kirkcaldy, on the east coast of Scotland. They have embraced a full suite of NetDirector® based plugins, such as Live Chat, Chat Manager, and iVendi integration, giving their customers 24/7 access to the business and vital information such as finance examples.

Changing scale and continent, we also delivered the redesigned Chevrolet website for GM Middle East, incorporating the region’s first online vehicle purchasing facility. By incorporating one of our latest innovations, NetDirector® Experience, we’re also confident we will help increase lead generation, which formed a significant part of the brief.

Together, our incredible independents, franchised family businesses, major retail groups, and two globally recognised automotive manufacturers helped make our May a merry month indeed.
