January sees GForces and NetDirector® heading south for a warm welcome.
January is the month we associate with sales, going back to work after our Christmas breaks, and the first fleeting thoughts of Spring. And here at GForces, we’ve certainly sprung into the New Year, with another roundup of some of the industry’s best and brightest automotive websites. Let us introduce you to some of the latest additions to the ever-growing NetDirector® family.
One of the first launches of the year was for Caledon Toyota, whom we worked with through our partners at Compatible. Caledon is committed to providing their customers with top quality products, service, and excellence in all of their divisions, so we were especially honoured to also receive our first of this year’s full scores in our customer satisfaction survey from them. It also marked our second Toyota site to be launched in South Africa.
Another five out of five for customer satisfaction came from GWM Port Elizabeth, a HAVAL franchise also in South Africa, and again launched through our partners at Compatible. GWM’s well-guarded reputation for quality and impeccable service made their feedback especially appreciated.
We also visited the Netherlands, this time through our partners at Marble. Hyundai Wittenburg is part of the PGA dealer group, and this represents just the first site to launch for them, with a number of others currently in build.

BCM is a new client to GForces and is based in Leicester. In their own words, they are not the biggest car dealer in the country and have no intentions of being so. Instead, they strive to maintain a reputation as a professional company dealing with high quality vehicles and delivering exceptional service to their customers. They were especially impressed with how well we understood their business.
Simpsons Skoda are a long-established client who chose to mark the beginning of the New Year with an exciting new redesign of their website. The complete revamp and modernisation included the addition of NetDirector® Service Booking, CAP Valuations, Online Payments, and Codeweavers – helping them provide a completely dynamic and digital buying journey from start to finish for their audience.
Another set of full customer satisfaction scores came from Ocean Motor Village, another existing client. They also added NetDirector® Service Booking to their functionality, completing their full offering as an authorised Mazda repair centre.
A good example of the flexibility of our websites can be seen on the new Vantage Careers platform. Vantage are another long-established client who wanted to really showcase the merits of working with them through a dedicated site. It incorporates all their current opportunities, as well as their most up to date social media posts, and client testimonials. Basically, everything a prospect might need to get to know their business a little better.

Altogether, we launched fourteen websites in January. These included multi-franchise groups, a number of exciting user-first migrations and redesigns, three new websites for two major manufacturers, and in direct contrast to the doom and gloom news the industry is experiencing at the moment – two new franchises for existing clients. So, despite the disruption many automotive businesses are experiencing, the first month of 2018 shows that growth, expansion, and good things are still happening. We’re sure it’s just coincidence that it seems to especially be the case for those working with GForces!
