December showed how we deliver real presence for our clients
December is of course a month we associate with Christmas. It’s a time of giving, and for celebrating with family and friends. And in our monthly roundup, we’re celebrating the best of our latest website launches. Twenty sites went live in December, including user-first redesigns for existing clients, great new websites for independent dealers built using NetDirector® Editions, and four more international locations added to our growing family of NetDirector® websites. Here are our highlights.
Charles Hurst Premium is a new Irish car supermarket specialising in prestige and performance vehicles. As part of the Charles Hurst and Lookers group, they’ll have a ready supply of fantastic stock available to meet the demands of their customer base. As one of the first sites that went live in December, we were especially pleased that it also gained us our first set of full scores in customer satisfaction.
Following hot on their heels was Burford Car Sales, a new client to GForces, based in Hoddesdon. The family run business offers a wide range of approved used cars to their Hertfordshire clients. As always, we were extremely grateful that they felt our services and support warranted another 5/5 for customer satisfaction.
Whisking us far away from the winter weather was Segond Automobiles. With establishments in Monaco, Antibes, Menton, Cap d’Ail, and Beausoleil, they are strongly represented in the principality of Monaco and the French Riviera. Specialising in premium, luxury, and super-sports models, the stunning bi-lingual site is a wonderful international addition to the NetDirector® platform.
Carrera Motors, a centrally located Porsche franchise in Sint-Martens Latem, Belgium, was another December international launch. With over thirty years of experience, their expectations were justifiably high. With full scores for how well we understood their business and the advice we provided, we’re extremely pleased to hear we didn’t disappoint.
Another new client, and another maximum score for customer satisfaction was Ayaan Motors. Located in West Bromwich, they are specialists in pre-owned sports and prestige vehicles.
One of our user-first redesigns was delivered to Roadside Garages, who represent Kia and also have a thriving used vehicle operation. With NetDirector® Stock and NetDirector® Enquiry Manager added to their functionality, how their website both looks and performs for visitors has been impressively enhanced.
