October Monthly Roundup

October Monthly Roundup 2019

Automotive retailers reap the reward from embracing ecommerce.

Although October is the month that the clocks go back, our monthly roundup is positively focused on moving forward towards a digital future. We saw 27 website and software launches in October. From levelling the playing field for smaller retailers, to enabling global roll-outs of software for manufacturers, our ecommerce-enabled platform is a versatile, flexible, and omnichannel solution for all. Here are our October highlights.

Faintree SEAT is a single-franchise family-owned business based in Shrewsbury. They boast a reputation as established as their experience in helping customers. They offer an excellent range of used vehicles and are committed to delivering excellent value for money. With full scores in customer satisfaction, we’re extremely grateful to have them join the NetDirector® family of websites.

Another family-run business is Jacksons Ford of Henley-in-Arden. Established in 1973, they offer over thirty years of experience in delivering excellent levels of customer service. We hope their new website echoes their family values of integrity, impressive technical depth, and good quality and workmanship in product delivery, at a fair price.

Master Cars is a sports and prestige specialist based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. The easily accessible showroom on the borders of north London, Bishop Stortford, and Essex is renowned for its selection of premium and performance vehicles, including luxury 4x4s. Their equally easily accessible digital dealership now extends their reach to car buyers across the country.

“GForces is a great team to work with! They always deliver.”

Tim Smith, Managing Director, Master Cars

With several locations along the south coast of Devon and Cornwall, the appropriately named Ocean Group is a locally owned BMW and MINI retailer. They have been trading since 1984, and offer new and used vehicle sales, servicing and repairs. Their new website also features Gubagoo live chat, automotive’s most advanced communication platform.

Ticehurst Motors is a family-based business based in the picturesque village of Ticehurst, East Sussex. As specialists in Volkswagen Group vehicles, they offer a wide range of high quality, low mileage stock. They also offer extensive experience from decades of successful business. With another full set of scores in customer satisfaction from them, we’re very pleased they felt similarly about us.

“Fantastic service. We are very pleased we have changed provider and are excited to go live!”

Lee Tucker, Director, Ticehurst Motors

We’d also like to welcome LSH Auto UK to the NetDirector® family of websites. GForces has spent the last twelve months driving change in automotive retail through ecommerce. LSH Auto similarly has re-imagined the concept of the car retail environment, from a more relaxed and less intimidating front-of-house, to a customer-centric focus. Their new group site embraces full end-to-end ecommerce and makes their offering truly omnichannel, and we hope our like-minded ethos leads to considerable future success.

Internationally, Groupe Chopard saw three new franchises added with Alfa Romeo, Jeep and OPEL. And, our ongoing partnership with Jaguar Land Rover saw further rollout of our online service booking software across their network in Hungary and Bulgaria.

The flexibility of the NetDirector® Auto-e platform enables it to incorporate the needs of automotive businesses and operations of any size and discipline. You can read about our previous monthly roundups from October here and here. We look forward to bringing you more highlights next month.
