Our November Monthly Roundup

November saw a great display of new NetDirector® websites.

November is a month we all associate with fireworks. Luckily, our latest roundup is a real firecracker, with a fountain of new NetDirector® websites that are real sparklers. As we rocket towards 2018, here are our November highlights.

J Edgar & Sons has served West Cumbria for nearly a century. As an entirely family owned and controlled group, they place a high value on experience and their gold standard of customer service is something they are famous for. With this in mind, GForces was tasked with completely transforming the aesthetic of the website and streamlining the customer journey. By incorporating a full user-first redesign and adding NetDirector® Service Booking, CAP Valuations, and Live Chat, we think we’ve done just that.

A glowing testimonial and five out of five in our customer satisfaction survey came from DG Weaver, a Ford franchise dealer with three locations in South Wales. They approached their website design with a real understanding of their customers’ wants and needs, asking us to completely revamp the look yet keeping content management simple and easy for new Ford asset additions. We also incorporated NetDirector® Stock – an essential tool for the UK’s largest retail Ford dealers, and NetDirector® Codeweavers for hassle free finance queries.

Building on our work with Jaguar and Land Rover last year in China and Taiwan, November saw sixteen new retailer websites created to help unify their brand presence in Mexico. The strict quality requirements of these world-renowned brands were met by utilising and applying their global standards and VISTA data sets. This allows rich content and accurate details to be sent directly to each individual retailer in Mexico, with all the local, cultural legislative requirements of JLR Mexico automatically incorporated.

November saw 16 retailer websites in Mexico for JLR, delivered by GForces.

Mexico wasn’t the only new territory for GForces in November – as we also saw our first Australian launch with Cairns Cars. Through our regional partner, Titan DMS, we have delivered the group’s new branding and a streamlined visitor experience. We look forward to many more NetDirector® launches in the Australian automotive market in 2018.

With a strong presence in Kent, Sussex, Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey, Wilmoths is the UK’s largest Citroën & DS Automobiles group, as well as also representing Mitsubishi and being a specialist motor-home retailer. Their dedication to customer service is reflected in the addition of NetDirector® Enquiry Manager – and ours is reflected in the full scores we received on their satisfaction survey.

Another user-first redesign was carried out for Turnbulls of York. The website was updated in line with the growth and aspirations of the business, but also with a renewed focus on customer experience. With new bespoke content and copy, we’ve been able to meet both requirements.

TMS Motor Group is an award-winning, family owned and run business, with Volvo and Kia dealerships located within the heart of the Midlands. They take pride in delivering a unique, personal service, delivered with care and quality that makes them stand out from the crowd. It’s why they are one of our first clients to incorporate the dynamic Gubagoo live chat products, exclusively available to UK automotive retailers through GForces, and another new partner.

Not quite new territory, (but we could get away with saying a new field perhaps) – was the website for Oliver Landpower, specialists in providing services and machinery to the agricultural communities of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire. They were extremely impressed with our professional and friendly attitude, and our NetDirector® Editions provided a perfect platform for their specialist sector.

So, November really did allow us to put on a spectacular display of our far-reaching products and services. We’ve forged new partnerships, enhancing our offering to all our clients. We’ve helped major manufacturers launch in new territories. And we’ve brought our next-generation automotive platform and user-first strategies to multi-franchise groups and incredible independents alike. We look forward to bringing you more of the same in 2018.
