May was a month that gave us reason to be merry.

May is a month where we look forward to two bank holidays, balmy spring weather and the sizzle of early summer barbecues. And in our case, to another bumper load of premium automotive website launches. Our May saw another fourteen new additions to the NetDirector® family (nineteen if you include the five separate websites for one multi-franchise group). Here are our May highlights.

Team Vaal is based in the greater Vaal area and Vereeniging district of Johannesburg, South Africa. They represent Ford, Mazda and Volkswagen and take pride in their commitment to customer service excellence. They also represented another launch through our partners at Compatible Automotive.

A new client to GForces, who we’re working with in partnership with Mazda UK, is Forest Road Garage. Located in Guernsey, they believe motoring is much more than just getting from A to B, and their passion for both their franchise and their customers is clearly evident. We were honoured to receive a full 5 out of 5 in customer satisfaction from such passionate people.

Also a new GForces client, and another Mazda franchised dealer based in the Channel Islands, is Bel Royal Motors. Located in Jersey, they’ve added NetDirector® Service Booking to their offering for added customer convenience. And another set of full scores for customer satisfaction suggests they’re happy with our service and offering too.

Another new client to GForces is Unique Prestige. Located in Hertfordshire, they are a well-established, passionate business specialising in the sale of prestige vehicles. With additional software such as NetDirector® CAP Valuations, they’ll be able to provide their customers with market-accurate part exchange values online too. And with top marks again from them in customer satisfaction, we’re extremely grateful to have them on board.

Worthing Motors is an approved Citroen dealer based in West Sussex. With extensive experience in serving their local area and customer base, they chose a NetDirector® Editions website to echo the great value and customer experience they are well known for. With NetDirector® Codeweavers finance software incorporated too, they can offer transparent financing services on their full range of vehicles too. The 5 out of 5 we received in customer satisfaction also echoed the great feedback we had about how easy they found it use the NetDirector® software.

A custom NetDirector® Editions website was also chosen by Townparks Car Sales, based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. The result is a clean, modern design approach that easily differentiates them from their competitors. They were especially impressed with our professional and friendly attitude.

Toyota Celis is a franchised dealer in Antwerp, Belgium. Building the site therefore naturally included full content in Belgian Dutch. When the site went live, the full score in our customer satisfaction survey indicated that nothing had been lost in translation.
