June sees more dealers discovering ecommerce flexibility with NetDirector® Auto-e.
June saw continued growth of our next-generation ecommerce platform, NetDirector® Auto-e, with sixteen new additions to the NetDirector® family over the month. What really stood out too, was how the platform easily adapts to the individual needs of each retailer. From simply enabling the taking of deposits or full payments, to complete end-to-end ecommerce including finance with instant credit decision, NetDirector® Auto-e has the flexibility to meet any retailer’s needs. Here are our June highlights.
Pierse Motors represents the ŠKODA, Volkswagen, and SEAT brands, and is based in Tipperary, Ireland. The firm was established in 1980 by twin brothers Gerry and Arthur Pierse. They are renowned as a reputable supplier of quality used vehicles, and as a superb after-sales service provider. With this in mind, we are extremely grateful to have received a full five out of five from them in our client satisfaction survey.
A key example of a retailer taking advantage of NetDirector® Auto-e’s flexibility, is built into the functionality of the new website for Slip End Garage. With online deposits and full payment enabled, they can provide a user journey that blends the online and offline experience in a way that helps introduce their customers to ecommerce. If and when they want to expand that ecommerce offering, the platform will happily accommodate their future requirements. And, with another set of full scores in our client satisfaction survey, we’re glad to hear we’ve met their current needs too.
Pinewood Autos is a family-owned, independent business based in Godstone, Surrey. The rural courtyard setting of the start-of-the-art showroom is the perfect location to explore the selection of quality vehicles available, in a relaxed and unrushed visit. We were grateful for their feedback, recognising how well we understood their business and our professional and friendly attitude.

From major groups to independent specialists, our June highlights show that ecommerce is becoming much more widely adopted across the market. They also show that it isn’t a case of one size fits all, and that getting the balance right between business needs and consumer demand is vital to its success.
