July was a hot month for new website launches.
This July may have been one of the driest on record in the UK, but we still saw a deluge of new GForces sites launched over the course of the month. Although much of the country were looking forward to the start of the summer holidays, our teams continued working hard to achieve the launch of a dozen new NetDirector® websites. Here, then, are our July highlights.
The first new site of the month was a user-first rebuild for one of our existing clients. Al-Ghazi Tractors is part of MENA’s Al-Futtaim Group and a major retailer of New Holland agricultural machinery in Pakistan. Their new NetDirector® Auto site has been completely revamped to offer an up-to-date, user-friendly website that boats simple and attractive design that enhances the user journey.
We also added to our ever-increasing number of international clients in July, with launches for Humansdorp Toyota and Malmesbury Toyota. OEM-branded template sites were delivered for both of these franchised South African Toyota dealers – based near Port Elizabeth and Cape Town respectively – by our partners at Compatible Automotive. Another retailer in Cape Town joining the NetDirector® family of websites is Reeds Motor Group, part of the Unitrans network of franchised dealers. Reeds boasts four different locations and offers Opel and Isuzu trucks, as well as Chevrolet aftersales services.
There was no letting up in website launches in the UK either. Hardies of Stirling is the largest officially franchised Suzuki dealer in central Scotland. A forward-looking client with a reputation for customer service and an eye for new technology, Hardie asked for a number of sophisticated NetDirector® features on their site – including iVendi finance and CAP Valuations both of which have been integrated, along with our standard NetDirector® Auto platform.
Going a little way down the country, we celebrated the launch of new sites for two independent retailers in the North West. Rufus Carr, a Ford dealer from Clitheroe, and Carr & Griffiths, a family-owned business from Cheshire (no relation), chose the respective Ford and KIA templates for their new websites.
Another new client is located just down the road in Sussex. Skinners of Rye is a retailer of high-quality used cars and commercial vehicles to customers throughout South East England. They chose our NetDirector® Car Supermarket Edition with Stock and CAP Valuations already built in for optimised performance
“The very professional team at GForces were a joy to deal with.”
Gary Barlow, Owner, Skinners of Rye
Even closer, geographically speaking, to our Kent centre of operations is Auto Sportiva, based in Sevenoaks and another new client of ours. A highly-regarded specialist in pre-owned prestige, sports and 4×4 vehicles, they chose our high-end NetDirector® Premium Edition for their site (and in our humble opinion, it shows). And with NetDirector® Stock, Gubagoo Live Chat and CAP Valuations, the site has more than enough functionality to back up its good looks.
We didn’t only do work for new friends in July, however. Our long-standing clients RMB Automotive recently requested a full site rebuild across their seven franchises, as well as the addition of a specialised Motability franchise. The rebuilt NetDirector® Auto site includes Call Manager, CAP Valuations, and Gubagoo Live Chat.
“I am delighted with the look and feel of the new website.”
Leigh Manktelow, Group Marketing Manager, RMB Automotive
As major retailers of Citroen, DS, Ford, Kia and Mazda in the North of the country, Bentley & Bentley Group were already familiar with GForces, having previously used our Mazda OEM platform. This month saw the launch of two group sites (Bentley & Bentley and Ocean Motor Village), and nine franchise sites. Like many of our recent clients, Bentley & Bentley decided to sign up for our Gubagoo Live Chat service, in addition to NetDirector® Stock CAP Valuations.
Last but not least, we were pleased to see BS Marson, a client of GForces for three years and representative of Fiat in the UK for more than five decades, become an official franchise of its sports subsidiary Abarth. The new Abarth section of their site includes a host of advanced NetDirector® functions, such as Enquiry Manager, Tyres, Service Booking, iVendi, and CAP Valuations.
As ever, the list of customers we have carried out website launches or rebuilds for this month is a long and varied one, from independent UK dealerships to large Middle East conglomerates. We are pleased to report that each customer to launch a site gave us a 4/5 or 5/5 satisfaction rating, with many favourable comments on the professionalism of our staff. Join us in a month’s time for our roundup of the websites to launch with GForces in August 2018.
