February delivers more ecommerce enabled digital dealers to market.

February, even in a leap year, is our shortest month. That means there’s only so many working days to pack in the launches of new automotive websites, but we like a challenge. And, as you’ll see from our monthly roundup, it’s one we’ve risen to, with 24 new additions to the NetDirector® family of websites. Perhaps rather fittingly for the month known for both Groundhog Day and Valentine’s Day, not only is every day the same for us – enabling more automotive businesses to embrace ecommerce and digital opportunities, but we love it too! Here are our February highlights.

One of our first launches of the month was for Cardian, based in Limerick. They offer a wide range of quality second-hand vehicles, all of which go through an in-depth, multi-point check to ensure peace of mind for their customers. They’ve utilised the flexibility of our NetDirector® Auto-e platform to accept deposits and full payment online, adding an ecommerce offering to their digital dealership as a result.

Bawaria Motors Group is the second client to go live through the GForces Poland team. With both BMW and MINI franchises covering seven locations, the new group site brings everything under one digital roof. We also received a full five out of five across the board in our customer satisfaction survey.

Another continental client happy to give us full marks was Emerpark of the Netherlands. They are an established Citroën and DS franchised dealer with locations in the Amersfoort and Hilversum districts of North Holland.

The next few months will see a significant number of pure electric vehicles make their debut, including the BMW i4, Polestar Precept, and Citroën Ami. As electric and alternative-fuel vehicles continue to see significant market growth and popularity with consumers, more retailers are opening dedicated locations to meet demand. One such retailer is Winchester, based in Hampshire, who gave us 5 out of 5 for the final product.

Wilmoths Motorhomes have an outstanding reputation among RV owners in the South of England. They offer an excellent range of these specialist vehicles, and now, in addition to their excellent aftersales and showroom facilities, they also boast a state-of-the-art digital dealership, supported by Gubagoo live chat. They were especially impressed with our communication, professional and friendly attitude, and the training we provided.

With a diverse offering of Honda, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi cars, as well as Honda, Triumph and Husqvarna motorcycles, it should be no surprise that Lings has chosen a platform that delivers the widest possible choice to their customers. They’re another retailer that has not only opted for a flexible approach to ecommerce, with online deposits and full payment enabled, but also given us full marks in our customer satisfaction survey.

With full scores for our communication, friendly attitude, and professional advice, we’re extremely pleased they’re happy with the new look and functionality of their website.

As in previous months, our February roundup shows that online vehicle sales is becoming mainstream for all kinds of automotive retailers, regardless of sector or size.
