GForces win retailer recognition for third year in a row.
The 2018 Car Dealer Power Awards took place last night at the impressive Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth. Now in it’s ninth year, the annual survey and awards ceremony allows automotive retailers to have their say on the manufacturers and suppliers they work with. Thousands of dealers take part every year, making it a real insight into how the industry is thinking and feeling on the front lines. And with the survey being completely anonymous, you can count on it being a true indicator of how things lie.
With this guarantee of unbiased voting and transparent reflection, we are especially grateful to everyone who voted for us, resulting in our third consecutive win of ‘Website Provider for Franchised Dealers’.
We were also especially pleased to see our partners at Gubagoo highly commended in the ‘Consumer Lead Generation of the Year’ category. GForces also takes pride in working with some of the most respected and renowned names in the automotive industry. And we were especially pleased to see so many of them recognised in this year’s Car Dealer Power Awards too. CAP HPI is a long-term GForces partner who won ‘Used Car Valuations Provider of the Year’ and came highly commended in the ‘Provenance Check Provider of the Year’ category.
With our new Ford template for franchised dealers about to be launched, we’re also pleased to see the new Ford Fiesta named car of the year. And we’d like to pass on our congratulations to Volvo, who won ‘Manufacturer Marketing Initiative of the Year’ with their ‘Human Made Stories’ campaign. And with our ongoing collaboration and partnership with KIA UK, we were very excited to see KIA recognised and crowned ‘Manufacturer of the Year’.
This year’s winning manufacturers and suppliers have helped their clients make more profit in a difficult and demanding market by introducing more efficient initiatives and highly innovative products. And in many cases, it was collaboration and mutual recognition of the issues the industry faces that received the most support from the dealers taking part in the survey.
In this way, the 2018 Car Dealer Power Awards showed that real partnership, between manufacturers, retailers and suppliers is how the industry can continue to provide efficient initiatives and innovative solutions that meet the ever-evolving demands of todays connected consumer. We’re hugely proud to be part of this incredible and fast-paced industry, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been recognised for our part in it for the third year in a row.
