April sees new demand for ecommerce across the world.
April has not only been our busiest month of the year, but it’s also been one of our best ever for new site and service launches. In total, 32 NetDirector® websites and products went live in April. We’ve seen a major distributor add our vehicle locator to their MENA offering. A global OEM has continued its global rollout of our service booking widget with its launch in a new Asian market. And, franchise groups and independents alike are migrating to ecommerce in ever larger numbers, making NetDirector® Auto-e our fastest ever-selling platform. Here are our April highlights.
One of our first site launches in April was for Tremont Garages. They are a family owned business with a real passion for Ford, and are based in Llandrindod Wells, Wales. With core values built on honesty, experience and trust, they pride themselves on a friendly open-door policy to visitors and customers alike. With the addition of Gubagoo live chat to their new website, this is now something they can offer 24/7. With a full 5* rating in our customer satisfaction survey, we’re glad they’re as happy with their website as we are to welcome them to the NetDirector® family of websites.
Thekwini Motor Group is an independent dealership based in Durban and Kokstad, South Africa. They have been crowned Toyota’s dealership of the year twice, in 2015 and 2017. The site was launched through our partners at Compatible.
Based in Sheffield, Prestige Vehicles is a family run business specialising in high-calibre saloons and SUVs. As an RAC Approved Dealer, all of their vehicles are subject to an 82-point pre-delivery inspection, ensuring their customers are provided with both quality vehicles and peace of mind. From understanding their business through to their satisfaction with the final product, we received five out of five in every category of our feedback survey.
Ashdene Garage is a family owned independent dealership based in Hurst Green, East Sussex. They pride themselves on a reputation as established as their experience in helping customers.
