11 Months, 3000 pictures and a lot of coffee

A rather charming stop motion film has appeared online already accumulating 1,392,988 views. It’s of a Triumph four-cylinder engine being stripped down and rebuilt, but what started off as a collection of snaps to help the creator remember where everything went so he could put the engine back together, turned into a 3000 image animation that took 11 months to finish.

The engine was bought off of ebay and half way through working on it the engineer realised it would make a cool animation, so watch and enjoy this enchanting video which even a non-car lover will find hypnotizing to watch.

The music is “In The Hall Of The Mountain King” from Edvard Griegs “Peer Gynt Suite”
