Coronary heart disease is the UK’s single biggest killer.

One in four are lost to heart and circulatory disease, from babies born with life-threatening heart problems, to parents and grandparents who survive heat attack and endure the daily battles of heart failure.

The British Heart Foundation has been pioneering research into vital treatments for over 50 years. The Wear it. Beat it. campaign aims to raise awareness and vital funds to help aid the BHF’s continued effort to finding life-saving treatments.

Over 22,000 people have signed up to take part in Wear it. Beat it. today, and we’re never ones to turn down the opportunity to get involved in some fashion faux pas to help raise funds for good causes.

Although most of us went for the classic red jumper or tartan shirt, there were flashes of rouge socks and nail varnish throughout the office too.

We raised a total of £128.62
