Our new starters this month are:

Chris Hitchcock
Chris Hitchcock is our new member on the Development team. His previous roles have included working on subscription web sites for the BBC, The FA and Uefa, designing templates for clients and creating the agreed layout/site, also maintaining sites and installing updates.

Nathan Salter
Nathan Salter is the newest addition to the Development Team. Nathans previous roles include coding and making flash animations. He has recoded the internal CMS using OOP and has also built a search engine that could find 20 results out of a possible 1.8 million.

Steve Pike
Steve Pike is another new member of our Marketing team. His previous roles include PC technical/rebuilding and support. Steve achieved a 2:1 at Greenwich University and later went onto Kent University.

Charlotte Carlton
Charlotte Carlton is new to our Marketing team. Charlotte studied English Literature at UEA, and has also achieved a Master of Arts Degree. She has received a national award for producing a TV Show for Student television, and achieved a WSET Advanced Certificate during her career at Majestic. Charlotte’s previous roles include customer service in retail, dealing with credit accounts, teamwork and motivation training.

We aim to recruit the brightest and best talent and our excellent retention rates are a reflection on how carefully we recruit – and then invest in – our staff. All of our colleagues demonstrate a considerable amount of transferable skills including adaptability, problem solving, leadership, commitment, self-awareness, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

SMC Motor Group Launches New Interactive Website

The SMC Motor Group have just launched their new look interactive website with G-Forces Web Management. The site has had a stylish makeover and now boasts a funky new design with fresh modern colours and innovative features to make searching for a new car more convenient than ever.

SMC want the new and improved website to be relevant for all customer experiences, whether searching for a new or used car, booking a service online or looking for finance options using the site’s new online finance calculator. The website aims to be an information resource so that customers can find out all the details they need without having to leave the site. The first time they will have to visit the dealership will be to test drive their new car.

The new site is easier to use and navigation has been improved to allow users to browse the site effortlessly. The addition of top level navigation means that visitors to the site can switch between franchises with ease. Search facilities have been increased, and there are now three ways to look for a new or used car: Model, Budget and Green.

Searching for used cars on the site has been made easier through the addition of a Save and Compare feature, which allows users to compare up to four vehicles at any time to get the best deals. The South Eastern based dealership group have also added an innovative Live Chat feature to allow users to interact with an SMC employee instantly. This feature is ideal for those who don’t have access to a telephone.

The SMC Motor Group have also added Customer Feedback questionnaires onto the site for Sales, Service and Bodyshop customers with the incentive to win prizes, including Marks & Spencer vouchers.

G-Forces Web Management launch New Line Site

Here at G-Forces Web Management we’re pleased to announce the launch of the New Line Learning Federation website.

New Line Learning Academies’ Federation Trust runs two academies via one governing body. Both academies are in the Maidstone borough and cater for male and female students aged between 11 and 18 years.

New Line Learning are currently rebuilding their two Maidstone sites and approached G-Forces to build a website that would raise awareness of their work and brand identity with a high-concept web design.

With high usability levels to allow ease-of-use for users of different abilities, the new website also serves as a portal to New Line Learning’s other activities.
