NetDirector® Gets Compatible with New Territories

GForces partner with Compatible Automotive to bring NetDirector® Platform to Africa

We’re the first to admit that we always thought our next-generation platform, NetDirector®, was going places. Over 500 dealer groups and vehicle manufacturers have adopted it, incorporating more than a thousand individual websites. We’ve already spread across Europe and have a firm presence in MENA through our Dubai office. Recent launches in China and Taiwan for Jaguar Land Rover have also furthered our foothold in Asia. And now, our first joint website with Compatible Automotive has taken us to Africa.

Compatible Automotive is a leading supplier of information technology across the African continent. Just like us, they harness extensive software and technology expertise with a passion for the automotive industry. They currently work in a total of nineteen markets including South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Mauritius, Tanzania, and Namibia.

The latter of those is where you will find NamAuto, the country’s premier online portal for car dealerships and private individuals. It acts as a one-stop shop for those looking to buy, sell, finance, or insure cars, bikes, caravans, trailers, boats, and accessories for all the above.

With the power of NetDirector® behind the site, they can now also offer online valuations, and a more complete, engaging, visually-enhanced customer-journey.

Henry Howard is Compatible Automotive’s Sales & Marketing Director, and effective delivery of content and user-first functionality is key to their reasons for why they felt GForces was the ideal partner to work with on this project.

“The opportunity to work with a platform like NetDirector®, which has over ten million visits a year combined guiding the development road map and user-journeys, is really exciting. This gives dealers the confidence the platform is delivering the messages and offers they should concentrate on.”

Of course, this is only the very start of our relationship, and we are looking forward to many more launches together as we expand our presence across the continent.
