Our March Monthly Roundup

March sees more NetDirector® websites burst into bloom.

March is the month when we look forward to the coming of Spring and put up with putting the clocks back, in exchange for the promise of driving home whilst there’s still daylight to burn. Here at GForces, we’ve also been driving ahead with our NetDirector® website launches, just as we always do, month in, month out. In March, another sixteen sites went live for our brilliant automotive clients. Here are our highlights.

The Ben Morgenrood Group is a new South African multi-franchise website launched through the GForces Partner Programme and Compatible Automotive. Its slick design and an emphasis on user journey functionality is bound to make it a key reference point for other franchise retailers in the region. The group represents Ford, Kia, Mazda and Mahindra. We were also very grateful to receive full scores from their customer satisfaction survey.

Established in 1963, Islington Motor Group is a leading independent located in Trowbridge. They represent Citroen, Ford, Peugeot and Suzuki, and have supplied Wiltshire with a wide selection of brand-new, approved-used, and commercial vehicles for over four decades. The new site is set up to deliver a complete online buying journey, featuring NetDirector® Enquiry Manager and NetDirector® Online Payments. They were especially impressed with our professional and friendly attitude.

W R Davies is a dealer group in the UK’s top 200. Based in Staffordshire, Shropshire and North Wales, they represent seven manufacturers. The client asked us to focus on delivering a vastly improved user experience in terms of both design and internal structure. The addition of Gubagoo Live Chat, (of which GForces is the exclusive reseller), is one new aspect that should help deliver just that.

Mill North East is the largest Volvo dealer in the UK, with over 70 years of experience specialising in used or nearly-new examples of the Nordic manufacturer’s vehicles. They also sell the entire new range of Volvo cars. The new site incorporates NetDirector® Stock for easy asset management, and NetDirector® Codeweavers and CAP Valuations for market accurate finance and part exchange examples. The site also saw us awarded another five out of five in customer satisfaction too.

Another client with seventy years of experience, as well as also being one of the largest dealers to represent a manufacturer, is Simpsons SKODA. With locations in Preston and Colne, they are committed to championing the SKODA brand, which is reflected in the upbeat and lively design of the website, echoing the SKODA UK site.

Harvey Cooper Cars is part of the Alexanders Prestige Group, specialising in quality used vehicles. Based in North Yorkshire, the client wanted a design that captured the look and feel of the current Alexanders Prestige website whilst incorporating the vibrant Harvey Cooper branding. There was also another full set of scores in our customer satisfaction survey from the client too.

So, as always, the teams at GForces were hard at work throughout March, encouraging the growth and full potential of major brands, mighty independents, and motor manufacturers across the UK and much further beyond. We look forward to bringing you another roundup next month.
