Never ones to turn down a bit of festive fun, GForces staff across the UK have united with many others on this cold, rainy December day by wearing their favourite (and in many cases tacky) Christmas jumpers for the annual Christmas Jumper Day.
This is, of course, all good fun and keeps the happy festive mood flowing through the office all day long, but the main reason for this is to raise vital funds for Save the Children.
Every year, Save the Children encourages people to ‘make the world better with a sweater’, with the money raised going towards support for vulnerable children in both the UK and abroad. The UK government has even pledged to match every pound donated this Christmas.
Staff from our Kent, Newcastle and Coventry offices got involved, with our Northern office presenting a prize to the best Christmas jumper.
This year, GForces smashed last years’ total and raised an impressive £246.12.
