June saw a rise in temperature – and in new NetDirector® websites!

June was a month that saw summer arrive in style. Amidst the heatwave, we’ve put together another monthly roundup of our hot picks, showcasing our June highlights. We’re also introducing a new aspect to our monthly roundup, with some insights into our software launches and service provision for both manufacturer and retail clients.

Letchworth Seat is a new client to GForces, and now boast a state-of-the-art website to match their state-of-the-art Hertfordshire showroom. They are a family-owned dealership, and have added NetDirector® Valuations to the new website, further enhancing the user-journey they offer their digital audience.

A new NetDirector® website is also now behind the largest family-run Ford dealership in Northern Ireland, Desmond Motors. The website has been subject to a complete user-first redesign, helping to further the Desmond Motors commitment to being a one-stop-shop for all their customers’ motoring needs.

Another user-first redesign was commissioned by Connolly Motor Group. As part of this renewed focus on the needs of their users, they have added NetDirector® Service Booking and Gubagoo Live Chat to make their offering truly 24/7.

Porsche Centre Exeter, part of Helston Garages, is the only authorised Porsche Centre and official Porsche Service Centre in South West England. As a business that prioritises customer service and satisfaction, we were extremely grateful for the full scores we received in our customer satisfaction survey.

Another five out of five for customer satisfaction came from Chequers Motor Company, a new client to GForces. Based in Hampshire, they provide Alresford and the surrounding area with a wide range of carefully selected, quality used cars.

Chesil Beach Motors is also a new client to GForces, located in Dorset, as the famous locale in their name suggests. Established in 1969, they have been the first choice for new and used Ford vehicles in West Dorset for more than 45 years. They were especially impressed with our communication throughout the build.

And further full scores for customer satisfaction also came by way of Pound Avenue Cars, a used-car supermarket in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. From family hatchbacks to sporty SUVs, their expansive choice of vehicles is complemented by new stock on a regular basis.

Chris Waite Car Sales is also a used vehicle specialist who has adopted a NetDirector® website to represent their business, with the addition of Gubagoo Live Chat to complement their offering. The team take great pride in guiding their customers through every aspect of vehicle ownership, and boast an in-house service and preparation centre to deliver the best possible quality.

Our software has also seen two major launches in two new territories this month. The Online Service Booking facility we provide for Jaguar is now live in Qatar, and the same facility is also live for Land Rover in both Qatar and Lebanon.

Our June launches therefore covered (as always), a wide range of automotive clients. From independent retailers establishing digital dealerships, to international launches for multi-franchise retail groups. And then there’s the global support and delivery of software and websites to world renowned manufacturers. We serve the automotive industry and are proud to do so.
