Automotive digital marketing specialist, GForces, has launched a new programme of training events for retail staff in the automotive industry. Delivered by GForces Academy, the training events will help delegates understand the important role of digital technology in fulfilling the needs of today’s connected consumers.
GForces Open Training Events are a new and innovative series of events delivered across three modules, each of which builds further levels of understanding of digital tools to improve retailers’ performance and sales conversion rates. As open events, the programme is available to any GForces client and can be used to introduce new staff to the digital dealership, or to improve the skills and digital understanding of existing staff.
Commencing in mid-October, the first of these new training events – ENGAGE – will use GForces’ insight and to enhance delegates’ understanding of the online customer journey. ENGAGE is suitable for sales and marketing, customer services and managers who wish to improve their understanding of consumer behaviour and how to interact with the ‘connected consumer’.
Two further modules – MOMENTUM and TRANSFORM – will be released in 2015. These modules will build on the foundations of ENGAGE to enable staff to master the digital tools, techniques and best practice that will improve the performance of their dealerships and build brand loyalty.
With pre-event briefing, goal setting and post-event follow-up to ensure that delegates set and attain their goals, GForces’ Open Training Events encourage staff to become digital ambassadors for their dealership. The training events will take place monthly at five locations around the UK to ensure maximum regional exposure.
