Extension Planning Permission – DELAYED!
After months of eagerly awaiting the councils decision to approve the extension of our building to make way for 50 new members of staff and work experience programmes for a further 70 students, we have been put back again until the end of May.

Last month we introduced Service Level Agreements that meant our customers could expect work to be completed within a certain time period and to a satisfactory quality. In order to support the SLA’s the introduction of our Support Desk has been incredibly successful and since its inception we have processed 391 requests.
